The San Carlos School District has a rich tradition of educational excellence that blends time-honored personal attitudes of responsibility, courtesy, perseverance, risk-taking, and cooperation with the intellectual habits of curiosity, clear communication, problem solving, information acquisition, and logical judgments.
Education is a valued priority, both in the schools and throughout the community. Educational and community involvement programs have received recognition at the local, state, and national levels. Parents, community members and public agencies join competent and caring teachers and staff to provide a rich, deep, and broad spectrum of educational opportunities. Together they form a learning alliance that is dedicated to ensuring that all students possess the habits, skills and attitudes necessary to succeed in high school and be offered the invitation of a post secondary education and satisfactory employment.
