The San Carlos School Board acknowledged the efforts of the San Carlos Education Foundation at its November 21, 2024 meeting. President Melissa Schmidt and Executive Director Kathy Parmer-Lohan together with PTA Coordinating Council Co-Presidents Corbie Kiernan and Michele Lago presented slides highlighting the consolidated effort between SCEF and PTA.
The collaboration between SCEF and the PTA benefits every student, every day in every classroom while allowing volunteers to focus on providing activities and programs for students and building school community and culture.
